The merger of Eco Baltia vide and Pilsētas Eko Serviss has been completed
In order to further streamline the management and structure of JSC (AS) Eco Baltia and to improve the range and quality of services to customers, the road maintenance company LLC (SIA) Pilsētas Eko Serviss has been merged into the Group’s leading environmental management company LLC (SIA) Eco Baltia vide as a result of the reorganisation. All rights and obligations of the company will be transferred to Eco Baltia vide as of 1 December.

In January this year, Eco Baltia vide, the environmental management company of the largest environmental resource management group in the Baltics, Eco Baltia, through its subsidiary, completed the acquisition of Pilsētas Eko Serviss, a road and street maintenance company. The merger took place in several stages and was completed on 1 December.
With the merger, Pilsētas Eko Serviss has ceased to exist and all rights and obligations will be taken over by Eco Baltia vide, about which the company’s customers and partners will be informed separately. As a result of the reorganisation process, the employees of Pilsētas Eko Serviss will receive an improved benefits package, a bonus system, training and development opportunities in line with Eco Baltia’s standards, thus ensuring even more favourable overall working conditions as well as professional development opportunities within the Group.
Founded in 2003, Pilsētas Eko Serviss provides services such as road and street maintenance, maintenance and repair of water drainage systems and equipment rental. The company is one of the leading providers of road maintenance services in the Riga and Pierīga regions, where work will continue to be carried out by Eco Baltia vide. The turnover of Pilsētas Eko Serviss was EUR 5.7 million in 2021. The company has around 70 employees.
