Allowed:
- Passenger car tires without wheels;
The tires must be free of mud, etc
Not allowed:
- Substandard tires with diameter exceeding 120 cm, for example, tyres for industrial and special machinery, old-type (Soviet) and torn tyres may be subjects to increased fee.
